Hello, my name is Katie and I am a NASM-certified personal trainer and exercise specialist. I have been passionate about health and wellness from a young age, thanks to my experience playing sports and the positive impact that my coach and team had on me. Their support and encouragement inspired me to pursue a fitness career, and in 2011, I started working as a personal trainer and CrossFit coach. Over the years, I have focused on programming and trainer development, and I am constantly expanding my knowledge to help individuals achieve a wide range of health goals.

As your trainer, I am committed to helping you reach and sustain your fitness goals, no matter what your current level of fitness is. I will provide you with proper modifications and progressions to help you succeed. I understand the challenges of balancing family and fitness, as I have young kids myself. That's why I created Next Set - to make it easier for people to access efficient and effective training programs that can be done at the gym or home with a pair of dumbbells. No more guessing what workouts to do or what weights you did last time. Our in app workout log does all of that for you. Our programs include progressive overload, deload weeks, and accessory work. Our goal is to help you reduce obstacles and achieve your fitness goals.
