We understand that the path to health and fitness goals can seem daunting, filled with complex routines and the pressure for quick results. That's why we emphasize the importance of starting small, forming lasting habits, and maintaining consistency. After all, the most significant changes often come from the simple act of showing up, day after day.

Our app is designed to support you every step of the way. With year-round training plans grounded in scientific principles, we incorporate strategies like progressive overload and de-load weeks to ensure your fitness journey is not only effective but sustainable. We understand that progress is more than just numbers on a scale or weights on a bar—it's about building a lifestyle. That's why our habit and metric tracking tools are crafted to help you monitor your progress, celebrating every milestone, no matter how small.

​Next Set Studio is designed for people who have had some experience following or reading a workout program. You will be challenged without spending hours in the gym.

What you get:

  • App access, during your subscription. Cancel anytime before your next billing cycle. (When your subscription ends your account will be archived and you will have limited availability to the app).

  • Access to a Next Set Strength Coach during your subscription for form check request videos, Habit requests, questions, or concerns (M-F).

  • Access to Next Set Studio

  • Next Set Studio programming is ongoing and includes but is not limited to Strength, Power & Metabolic conditioning.

  • Next Set Studio programming is 4 workouts a week (3 Strength + 1 MetCon). Training is programmed two days on one day off followed by two days on and two days off. (You will have the ability to rearrange your workouts in the app to fit your schedule from week to week)

  • Exercise library with demos and cues for each movement.

  • Workout Metric Tracking (so you never have to guess what weights/reps/sets you did last time)

  • Optional Body Metric Tracking for the duration of the subscription.

  • Optional Habit Tracking (by request).

  • Access to all on-demand workouts & programs for the duration of the subscription.

Program Requirements:

  • Access to a well-equipped home gym or a commercial gym is suggested. Minimum equipment required: Dumbbells

  • Simply choose the alternative options provided as needed to best fit your equipment availability each day.

  • 30-45 minute workout duration on average (days may vary).

  • Commitment level varies based on subscription length. (See Below)

  • STUDIO: Month to Month

    Monthly subscription. No contract. Cancel anytime before your next billing cycle.

    All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges or returns.

  • NEXT SET STUDIO: 6 Months

    $12 per month for 6 months paid in full. Recurring 6 month subscription. Cancel anytime before your next billing cycle.
